About TravelHistoryTool

Last updated: 2026-10-29

I'm Guo Yetao, based in China. I made TravelHistoryTool and run it on my own as an individual seller.

Why I made it

A travel history can be scattered across booking emails, passport stamps, screenshots and old spreadsheets. Finding the records is one job; putting the dates into a list you can check is another. I built TravelHistoryTool to help with that second part.

The aim is to take the material you already have and turn it into an organized trip list, with day totals for checking U.S. naturalization (Form N-400) and UK settlement (ILR) travel history. You still check the dates and make any corrections.

How it works

You can upload booking emails, screenshots, PDFs, spreadsheets, I-94 or CBP FOIA records, and photos of your passport stamps, or paste text. Google's paid Gemini API reads dates and countries from the material. Google Maps Timeline export files are parsed separately in your browser without being uploaded.

There is no account to create. Your working list and edits stay in your browser's localStorage. Uploaded files are deleted from our storage immediately after recognition. When you export, your submitted list is used to make a PDF that is kept for 24 hours for download and then deleted. The Privacy Policy explains the providers involved, including Google's separate retention for abuse monitoring.

What you pay for

A one-time payment of $6.99 buys 5 PDF exports. There is no subscription. Waffo or PayPal handles payment, and a failed export does not use one of your five exports.

If you are not satisfied, email support@travelhistorytool.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, with no reason required. The Refund Policy explains how.

The limits of the tool

TravelHistoryTool is independent, self-service software for organizing travel records and calculating day totals.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or immigration advice.

We are not affiliated with USCIS, CBP, the UK Home Office, or any government agency.

Calculations and exports do not determine eligibility and are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney or regulated immigration adviser.

Check every date against your own records before you use an export.
